MHADA invites bids to allot 450 flats under EWS quota in Nashik

It is mandatory for builders or developers to reserve 20% of flats for EWS in residential projects coming up on or above 4,000 sq metres, according to the norms. This is applicable in cities with a population of over 10 lakh.
