Only 36% villages in Rajasthan complete land right records under Svamitva scheme

The scheme was inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi on National Panchayati Raj Day, April 24, 2020, with main purpose of providing officially recognised ‘record of rights’ to residential property owners in inhabited (abadi) areas in villages.
