Maharashtra cabinet approves ₹1,000 stamp duty for Nagpur smart city-hit homes

As per the decision, only Rs1,000 stamp duty will be levied for the registration of lease deeds for 28 houses allocated in Mouza Punapur to families displaced by the Smart City project.
