Ranchi civic body issues notices to PMAY beneficiaries over dues

The LHP consists of 1,008 flats spread over 5.33 acres at Aani in Dhurwa. Each flat cost around Rs 13 lakh, of which Rs 6.5 lakh was subsidised by the Union and the state govts. The rest was to be given by the beneficiaries in five instalments.
