Bengaluru development body demands withdrawal of illegally issued certificate

In response, Bettahalasur Gram Panchayat wrote a letter to the BDA Engineering Officer-2 on February 14, 2025, stating that the OC issued for the buildings has been withdrawn, as it has no jurisdiction to issue such an OC or building plan. “The panchayat meeting held on February 3 has approved the withdrawal of the OC,’’ the letter read.
